Refund policy

At Threaded Again, every product is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or colour preference.

We only accept requests in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • the item is defective,

  • the item is damaged, or

  • you received the wrong item.

You can reach us at contact@threadedagain.com with your order details and supporting photos. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

As all our products are up-cycled and handmade, we do not accept returns for reasons such as: change of mind, dislike of colour, size, or style. We also cannot accept returns on Gift cards. Minor variations in colour, texture, size, or finish are a natural result of the handmade and up-cycled process and do not qualify as defects.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If your item qualifies as defective or incorrect and your return request is approved, we will either send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Refunds

If your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@threadedagain.com

Return Address

If your item qualifies for return, we will provide you with instructions and the return address (our operational warehouse). Items sent back without prior approval or without following the provided instructions will not be accepted
